Need to contact your driver? Use the in-app chat to speak to your driver up to 45 minutes before your ride starts.

  • When can I make an Advance Booking?

    Advance Booking allows you to schedule Grab rides between 2 hours to 7 days ahead of time so you can travel with a peace of mind.

  • Can I cancel an Advance Booking?

    You can cancel an Advance Booking at no charge up to 1 hour before the start of the ride. However, the fare will not be refundable if you cancel within 1 hour of the scheduled pickup time.

  • Can I edit/ adjust my booking if my plans change?

    If you need to make adjustments to your Advance Booking such as the date, time, or location, please cancel your booking and create a new one.

  • What happens if my driver doesn't arrive on time?

    You will receive timely updates about the status of your driver when they are on their way to you. In case there's any delay and your driver arrives later than your scheduled pick-up time you will receive a voucher for your next ride.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
