Here, you’ll be able to do everything from ordering food, making payments and booking a ride, all while earning GrabRewards points.

Download the Grab App

Search for "Grab" on the App Store or on Google Play.
Sign Up for a Grab Account

Enter your phone number.

Key in the 6-digit verification code sent to you via SMS.

Enter your name and email address.

Click 'Allow' to enable notifications and location access.
Verify your Identity
Verify your identity on Grab for greater security when using GrabPay. There are two ways to verify your identity - Through SingPass, and manually.

To start, tap on 'Payment' and click 'Verify Now'.

If you choose to verify through SingPass, click 'Login with SingPass' and enter your ID and password.

Enter the 6-Digit OTP sent via SMS, fill in one-time verification and click 'Submit'.

If you choose to verify manually, select 'Fill a Form Manually' and enter your NRIC number.

Take photos of your NRIC (front and back) and click 'Submit'.
Add a Credit / Debit Card

Click the GrabPay icon on the top left corner of your home screen.

Select 'Payment Methods' and 'Add Payment Methods'.

Key in your credit card number, validity date and ccv, and click 'Save'.
Top-up your GrabPay Wallet.

Select 'Top-Up' and 'Top-Up Cards and Wallets'.

Select 'Confirm' to add to your GrabPay Wallet.
Make a GrabFood order

Click on the 'Food' icon and enter your delivery address.

Select the meals you want, and add them to your basket.

Select your payment method, and key in your apartment number (if applicable) and details to make it easier for our delivery-partner to find you. Click 'Place Order'.

When you see this screen, your order is on its way to you.
Pay with GrabPay In-Store
Enjoy different ways to pay, whether it’s in-store, on Grab services, and even online. For in-store purchases:

Click the GrabPay icon on the top left corner of your home screen.

Select ‘Pay’ and position the in-store QR Code within the camera frame.

Enter the correct amount to be paid, and slide to complete payment.

When you see this screen, your payment has been completed.
Pay with GrabPay Online

At online checkout, look for the GrabPay payment button.

Select GrabPay as the payment option.

Enter the mobile number registered with your Grab account.

Enter the 6 digit code sent to your mobile number.

When you see this screen, your payment has been completed.
Book a Ride

Click on the 'Transport' icon, key in your Pick-Up Point, and find your location.

Then key in your Drop-Off Point and select the type of ride you want.

We recommend JustGrab for a faster, cheaper ride.

Or GrabAssist if you are travelling with those with accessibility needs. Surcharges will apply.
