Have you heard of GRNavigate? GRNavigate is a new loyalty programme launched by GrabRentals, which will benefit more of our GrabRentals hirer-partners. As long as you’re a GrabRentals hirer-partner*, whether you’re on a GRBeyond or No-Frills contract, you will be auto-enrolled onto this programme!
In GRNavigate, you will get to earn wheels based on components such as your rental rate & add-ons, rental tenure, safe driving record, and prompt payment. Move up to a higher tier and multiply your wheels for rewards**, such as Grab Driver Credits, shopping vouchers, and more!
*GRNavigate is only applicable to GrabRentals hirer-partners who are renting a car from Grab Rentals Pte Ltd and who are not under any Ownership scheme administered by Grab Rentals Pte Ltd

What are wheels?
Wheels are the points currency used in the GRNavigate Programme. The higher the number of wheels, the more rewards you will be able to redeem. There are 3 different tiers in GRNavigate: New Star, Rising Star & All Star. By earning wheels, you can move up along the different tiers & enjoy greater perks such as up to 2.5x wheels multiplier!
Do note that your GRNavigate wheels are issued on a calendar quarter basis, and will be prorated accordingly if the entirety of the previous calendar quarter did not fall within the vehicle rental period.
How can I earn wheels?
There are 4 different components in which you can earn wheels.
1. Rental Rate & Add-On Schemes
Rental rate refers to the rental amount paid daily, while add-on scheme(s), refers to “GRBeyond”, “Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)” and “Vehicle Protection Scheme (VDP)”, if you have any.
For every $1 you spend, you will earn 1 wheel.
For example, if you are renting a car at $60/day, and have purchased the GRBeyond add-on ($5/day), you will earn 65 wheels per day. Since wheels are calculated every calendar quarter, assuming that there are 90 days in this quarter, the total number of wheels you will receive is 65 wheels X 90 days = 5,850 wheels.
2. Tenure
Tenure refers to the period you have been on active contract and how long you have been renting from GrabRentals. Active period means you’re currently renting a GrabRentals vehicle. By referring to the image above, you can see that if you are new to GrabRentals, and have been renting from GrabRentals for less than a year, you will be rewarded with 800 wheels.
3. Accident-Free
As long as you have remained accident-free in the calendar quarter, you will be rewarded with a lump sum of 400 wheels.
4. Prompt Payment
Prompt payment is a mandatory requirement for hirer-partners to be eligible for the Rising Star & All Star tiers. Simply ensure timely payment and stand a chance to be upgraded to the All Star tier, where you will enjoy a 2.5x wheels multiplier!
The total wheels you can earn will be based on the 4 different components and whether you have met the criteria for each component. The total wheels statement will be issued to you on a quarterly basis. If you have managed to hit more than 8,500 wheels in the quarter, you will be automatically upgraded to Rising Star! The top 400 drivers with the most wheels from the Rising Star tier will be upgraded to the All Star tier as well. It’s that simple.
Apart from the 4 components, you may also earn “Bonus Wheels” through special events or campaigns. However, do note that bonus wheels do not count towards the tiering allocation and therefore does not affect your wheels multiplier. The bonus wheels issued will be added into the Total Wheels Redeemable instead.
How do I check my current wheels amount & redeem my rewards?
Not to worry, your GRNavigate wheels statement will be sent to you via a Grab Driver in-app message and email on a monthly basis, together with the redemption link here.
GRNavigate wheels will only be valid for redemption within the calendar quarter of issuance and will expire at the end of said calendar quarter. Any wheels left unredeemed will not be available once expired.
