- ABUSING PROMOTIONS under any circumstance can and will result in the deactivation of my Grab account.
- UNNECESSARILY FREQUENT CANCELLATIONS (includes multiple and frequent instances of not showing up at your pick-up point upon your driver’s arrival) is disruptive to the livelihoods of Grab drivers, and can result in the deactivation of my Grab account.
