Activation Fee:
The one-time activation fee will not be required during sign-up. Instead, it will be offset against your future earnings on Grab.
Service Fee:
There is a service fee of 30% on all GrabFood and GrabMart orders. This is charged on every order you receive through Grab, through both delivery, and Self Pick-Up orders.
Please note that this service fee is subject to the prevailing GST.

Cloud kitchens are commercial facilities purpose-built to prepare food specifically for delivery. Restaurants can rent spaces to prepare delivery-optimized menu items.
We currently have 2 GrabKitchens -- 1 in Hillview and 1 in Aljunied.
We have different sizes ranging from 15 sqm to 25 sqm to cater to your needs. Complete the online form and we will reach out to you to discuss further.

If you are a Grab merchant new to Dine Out Deals, you may set up your deal via the "Marketing" section of the GrabMerchant app. Alternatively, submit an online enquiry and we will be in touch shortly.
Dine Out Deals is a new service for when customers dine out at your physical store. Click here if you are on your mobile phone to launch the Dine Out Deals page within the Grab app. Alternatively, you can look for Dine Out when you browse All services once you launch the Grab app.
The fees for Dine Out Deals are not the same as food delivery. As Dine Out Deals are being introduced, look out for co-funding and trial commissions that may be available to you as a new merchant to Dine Out Deals.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.
As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.
Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
