Things to note

  • All areas may not be covered if the duration booked is less than the recommended hours ideal for the size of the house
  • Cleaning tools, chemicals, and disposables must be provided by the customer. 
  • Additional time served will be charged at $27/hour subjected to the cleaner’s availability

    • Wiping of all glass surfaces within reasonable means 
    • Cleaning of all light fixtures and ceiling fan within 2.4m height in accordance to MOM safety guidelines 
    • Removing dust and cobwebs from walls 
    • Mild disinfecting and wiping of interiors of cabinets, drawers, shelves, cupboards, wardrobes, etc., if empty 
    • Carrying out cleaning of all doors, door frame, and gates

    • Scrubbing and disinfection of toilet bowl, sink, and bathtub
    • Dusting and wiping of interior/exterior cabinets 
    • Washing and scrubbing of floors and wall tiles 
    • Washing and wiping of shower panel and door 
    • Polishing bathroom faucets

    • Washing and disinfecting kitchen sink 
    • Cleaning and degreasing all appliances (oven, fridge, hob, hood)

Once your booking has been made, considered it confirmed! On the day of the scheduled service, you will receive a notification 30 mins ahead of time to inform you that your service provider is on the way to you. 

No, all cleaning materials will be supplied by your service providers.

For first time booking, we recommend you to be in your home so you can properly orientate your service provider. In the event that you can’t be at home, please inform someone in your household to be in your home during the service period. 

You may reach out to Grab Support for any changes to your order. Please note that there’s a $15 cancellation fee for any cancellation less than 4 hours from your scheduled time.
