1. The Grab Kick-Off Festa (the “Event”) is organised by GrabTaxi Pte Ltd and its affiliates (“Grab”). Both Events will take place on 29 November 2022, 10.30am to 1.30pm, at Esports Experience Center,1 Stadium Pl, #02-09/10 Wave Mall, Singapore 397628 and 2pm to 6pm at Kovan Sports Centre, 60 Hougang Street 21, Singapore 538738.
2. The Events are open to Grab’s Delivery-Partners and Driver-Partners who have active accounts with Grab and have registered their attendance with Grab prior to the registration cut-off date, as well as employees of Grab (“Attendees”).
3. As part of the Event, Attendees may bring their children to the Futsal Challenge & Carnival event to participate in any of the following activities:
   (i) Soccer clinic;
   (ii) Water soccer;
   (collectively the “Event Activities”)
4. Attendees agree and acknowledge that only their own children between the ages of 6-12 may participate in the Futsal Challenge & Carnival Activities and Grab reserves the right to refuse participation to any child, in its sole discretion.
5. Attendees are responsible for their children’s safety and/or any loss, damage or injury caused by their children, and will ensure that they supervise their children while they are participating in the water soccer activity. Grab will not be held liable for any personal injury, death or any loss or damage to property arising from or related to Attendees’ children’s attendance at the Event or participation in the Event Activities.
6. By registering for and attending the Events, and allowing their children to participate in the Event Activities, Attendees represent that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to vary these Terms and Conditions, or amend, suspend, or cancel any or all of the Event Activities at any time without giving any prior notice.
8. Grab shall not be responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or related to the Event or Event Activities.
9. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the Attendees or their children, or be accountable for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or related to the Event or Event Activities.

Terms & Conditions for Grab Kick-Off Festa Lucky Draw

1. The Grab Kick-Off Festa (the “Event”) Lucky Draw is organised by GrabTaxi Pte Ltd and its affiliates (“Grab”).
2. The Lucky Draw will take place on 29 November 2022, at Kovan Sports Centre, 60 Hougang Street 21, Singapore 538738.
3. All active delivery-partners and driver-partners who have registered for the Futsal Challenge & Carnival and attending shall receive a lucky draw ticket upon registration at the Event.
4. The original lucky draw ticket with the winning lucky draw number must be presented for prize redemption by 29 November 2022, 6 PM. Any prize which is unclaimed by 6 PM on 29 November 2022 shall be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at Grab’s discretion). Grab will not entertain any claims after the stipulated deadline.
5. By registering and participating in the Lucky Draw, participants represent that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Prizes or rewards given out under this Lucky Draw may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
6. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to vary these Terms and Conditions, suspend, or cancel this Lucky Draw at any time without giving any prior notice.
7. Grab will not be responsible for any defect in, loss of or damage to the prizes after the prizes have been handed over to the prize winners.
8. Unless otherwise provided, all prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
9. Grab may, at their sole and absolute discretion, substitute any prize for another prize of similar value.
10. If Grab discovers that a winner was not entitled to participate or if a winner is subsequently disqualified from participating in the Lucky Draw, Grab may at its discretion forfeit the Prize, and dispose or donate the prize, at Grab’s discretion.
11. Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Lucky Draw shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.
12. Grab shall not be responsible or liable for any claims for loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or related to this Lucky Draw or any component thereof.
13. By participating in the Lucky Draw, you are deemed to have consented to Grab and/or such third-party appointed by Grab for collecting and processing your personal data to give full effect to the Lucky Draw, for the express purpose of awarding the prizes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and Grab’s group Privacy Notice (available at https://www.grab.com/sg/terms-policies/privacy-policy/).
