What to do in the event of an accident while you are on the job:
Go to the nearest hospital
Injured driver or delivery-partner/passengers are advised to go to the nearest healthcare centre.
Report the accident to the Grab Support team and the police
The driver or delivery-partner/passenger/witness is required to make a report to the authorities. You will be given detailed instructions from the Grab Support team on how to make a claim.
Collect documents and claim reports
Injured driver or delivery-partner(s)/passenger(s) need to provide the necessary documents to receive compensation. All claim reports must be submitted within the agreed period, no later than 30 days after the accident occurred.
Compensation
Injured driver or delivery-partner(s)/passenger(s) will receive compensation after claim approval.
