Tier System
Each Grab partner will be placed in one of four tiers. The better your performance, the higher your tier and the more perks you unlock!
Member
Basic entry-level rewards and benefits where Grab partners begin their tier journey.
Gold
Intermediate level rewards and benefits recognising commendable performance.
Platinum
Higher value level rewards and benefits for outstanding performance.
Ultimate
The highest tier achievable with exclusive rewards and benefits for exceptional performance.
Quarterly Tier Refresh Period
All tiers will be refreshed every yearly quarter, based on your performance in the last 3 months.

Tier refreshes will occur between the 1st – 7th of every refresh month. If your tier is not refreshed after the 7th, reach out to us via the Help Center button below.
* Violations of Grab’s Code of Conduct may affect your tier standing throughout the quarter.

How Does The Tier Refresh Work

Quarter 1: Jan - Mar
Starting as a new Grab partner
Harith has just joined Grab in January as a new driver-partner in Klang Valley and starts off at the Member tier. Throughout Quarter 1, he manages to achieve the tier requirements shown on the right.
