Remember to do the following when redeeming your benefits:
- Be dressed in full Grab gear (official Grab T-Shirt)
- Show the merchant your delivery-partner app for verification purpose.
How to redeem a benefit:
- Offline redemption: Delivery-partners will need to be in GrabFood Gear, and show the Grab Driver App to the merchant for verification.
- Online redemption: Show the provided promo code to the respective merchants. No verification is required.

Redemption of GrabFood Delivery-Partner Jacket
- Exclusive grab jacket giveaways to our Sapphire delivery-partners in the current cycle.
- Jacket giveaway is only available for a one-off claim per lifetime. Partners are only entitled for 1 jacket in their GrabFood journey.
- All delivery partners MUST book an appointment via HERE before heading down to Tampines for collection.

Weekly ERP Allowance for Trips in Downtown Zone
(This Benefit is currently suspended until further notice.)
- Enjoy the privilege of having ERP allowance automatically disbursed to you based on the number of trips you have completed in Downtown, as a Sapphire delivery-partner.
- Any manual ERP claims submitted by Sapphire delivery-partners will not be considered.
- Payment will be made on the first working day of the following week.
- Only GrabFood Bookings are covered for ERP allowance
$10/20 OFF Purchase of GrabFood Gear
- Ruby delivery-partners are entitled to $10 OFF any purchase of GrabFood Gear.
- Sapphire and Diamond delivery-partners are entitled to $20 OFF any purchase of GrabFood Gear.
- Refer to the voucher code within the GrabBenefits tile within the driver application.
- Proceed to https://gfgears.grab.com/ and order your gears, before checking out, paste the voucher code copied from the driver application.
- This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only in each cycle.
- Any payment made will not be refundable if the voucher code (from in-app benefit) is not entered before checking out.
GrabFood Voucher on your Birthday Month
- Sapphire and Ruby delivery-partners are entitled to receive a GrabFood voucher on their birthday month (if it falls within their current cycle) with a validity period of 3 months from date of issuance.
- Sapphire tier: $50 OFF
- Ruby tier: $20 OFF
- (Starting May 2020)
Register via the form in your driver app in-app benefit (form closes on the last day of the month) to receive your voucher! - Successful applicants (Sapphire + Ruby Partners) will receive the GrabFood voucher code in driver application GrabBenefits within the first/second week after the month ends.
