In collaboration with the Health Promotion Board, we would like to invite you to a FREE health screening. This health screening is open to Singaporeans & PRs who are 40 years old and above, and includes screening on fasting blood glucose levels, cholesterol, blood pressure, and BMI. 

A subsequent health report collection will be arranged approximately 3-4 weeks after screening.

Health screening duration approximately 15 minutes per participant.
