- Fuel Vouchers (Caltex Starcash card) –
- Fuel purchases paid with Starcash cards shall not be entitled to any site discounts or discounts programs. Such discounts shall apply only to the outstanding amount payable, if any, in excess of the stored value amount in the Starcash card.
- The fuel vouchers will be ready for collection 2 months from the vehicle collection date
- GRNavigate Loyalty Program is only applicable to GrabRentals hirers who are renting a car from Grab Rentals Pte Ltd and who are not under any Ownership scheme administered by Grab Rentals Pte Ltd.
- While on a No-Frills contract, the Hirer will not be entitled to any ongoing and upcoming GrabRentals-related benefit programs e.g. rebates & any other similar initiatives, unless otherwise permitted by GrabRentals.
- The hirer’s full deposit will be fully forfeited for cancellation of car reservation.
- Upon the end of the minimum rental period, the hirer may return the car as long as he/she provides at least 7 working days notice by submitting the online car return form (https://www.grab.com/sg/vehicle-return/). Kindly note that the return slots are subjected to availability and booked on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Upon the end of the minimum rental period (including contracts which are considered as ‘no-contract’ or ‘open contract’), GrabRentals reserves the right to increase rental rates, or recall the vehicle. The hirer will be given 2-weeks advance notice regarding this to allow sufficient time to return the car on his/her own, if needed.
- Failure to complete the minimum rental period may result in the clawback of bonuses or rental rebates etc that were issued.
GrabRentals Year-End Trip Bonus Campaign
Reservation & Vehicle Collection Period:

- New / Brand new cars (vehicle models registered in 2020 or later): $2,000
Terms and Conditions
- The eligible period to complete the trip requirements and qualify for the bonus amount will be dependent on the hirer-partner’s vehicle collection date (e.g. If the vehicle is collected on 18 Dec 2024, the eligible period to complete the trip requirement will be from 19 Dec 2024 (when the incentive appears in the hirer-partner’s driver’s incentive tab in the Grab Driver app) to 29 Dec 2024).
- The last date for vehicle collection to be eligible for the bonus will be on 27 Dec 2024.
- GrabRentals hirer-partners who are eligible for the rebate will need to complete a minimum of 50 transport trips on the Grab platform by 29 Dec 2024 in order to qualify for the bonus amounts stated above.
- If Hirer-partner has satisfied the eligibility criteria, the payout will be on 30 Dec 2024 to the Grab Driver wallet.
- GrabRentals may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the rewards for another reward of similar value.
- If GrabRentals discovers that any hirer-partner was not entitled to receive the bonus or engaged in any fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour, GrabRentals reserves the right to clawback or forfeit the bonus.
- GrabRentals’s decisions in any matter in relation to the campaign shall be final and conclusive. GrabRentals shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-parties for claims or damages or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this campaign.
