- a. Do nothing. My responsibility only begins when the passenger get into the vehicle

- c. If a passenger has a child along, I should offer to carry the child while the passenger loads his/her luggage themselves.
- d. Greet passengers with a smile, verify the name and destination and open vehicle door for passengers whenever it is possible.

- a. Talk to the passenger to keep them engaged
- b. Check that the temperature and music is in accordance to the passenger’s preference, as well as to keep the conversation light
- c. Answer my phone when I receive incoming calls as long as the traffic light is red
- d. Choose my favourite soundtrack. My passenger will appreciate it

- b. Thank passengers for taking GrabCar Exec ride and wish them a pleasant day ahead, also to open the vehicle door for them whenever it is possible.
