Follow the steps below to link your Cash Wallet to your GrabPay Wallet so that you can transfer money on demand instantly! 

Follow these steps:

  1. Launch the Driver app and select "Upgrade Cash Wallet"

  2. Select "Upgrade Now"

  3. Enter OTP sent to the mobile number registered with your Driver account

  4. Allow access to Cash Wallet

  5. Cash Wallet successfully upgraded!

After you successfully upgraded your Cash Wallet by 31 January 2020, you will receive more information about how to get your free physical GrabPay Card on 10 February 2020.

I upgraded my Cash Wallet! How do I get my physical GrabPay Card now?

Follow these steps:

  1. Launch Grab App

  2. Select Payment Tab

  3. Select "Get your GrabPay Card now"

  4. Set PIN

  5. Select "Mail it now"

  6. Confirm Mailing Address

  7. Done! Wait for the physical GrabPay Card to be delivered to you

I already have my digital GrabPay Card!

Follow these steps:

  1. Launch Grab App

  2. Select Payment Tab

  3. Select "View GrabPay Card Details"

  4. Select "Send a physical card"

  5. Confirm Mailing Address

  6. Done! Wait for the physical GrabPay Card to be delivered to you
