DRD Bonus : 

  1. When the referee completes the required number of jobs, the completed tier reward will be credited to the referrer’s cash wallet on the following Thursday after the 7 Days incentive period. 
    – Refer to the table above for bonus breakdown
    – For New Joiners, please refer here for the new joiner incentives
  2. This incentive is only applicable to new sign-ups by delivery partners or employed fleets that have not joined the GrabFood platform previously. 
  3. Incentives will only be offered to applicants who submit the required documents through the process mentioned above, with the referer’s Grab registered email keyed in the referral code portion on the application form. Any other form of submissions will not be entertained. 
  4. Acceptance and Cancellation rates of 90% and 10% respectively shall apply. Failure to meet these requirements will result in bonus ineligibility. 
  5. All new joiners are required to purchase a set of GrabFood delivery gear upon signing up.
  6. Delivery partners with previously terminated accounts will not be entertained.
  7. Grab reserves the right to alter or amend the mechanics at any point in time.
  8. All new sign-ups must be activated between 26 Feb 2024 to 5 Apr 2024 to be eligible for this bonus. 
  9. This incentive is applicable to all Vehicle types listed in the bonus table above

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.
