  • Purchase this plan and receive your set of 5 x $3 off vouchers in your ‘My Rewards’ page within 15 minutes of a successful purchase.
  • Redeem your voucher any participating merchant outlet listed on http://grab.com/sg/BubbleTeaClub
  • Inform the staff at the merchant outlet that you wish to redeem the voucher before paying in-store.
  • At any participating merchant outlet, scan the merchant QR code for payment as per normal. Key in the full price of your purchase and apply your $3 voucher by tapping on ‘Add Promo’. Present the payment screen with the voucher applied to the merchant outlet staff for confirmation before swiping to complete your transaction.
  • Payment must be made via GrabPay only.
  • All vouchers are valid only during the period of your billing cycle.
  • The subscription will automatically be renewed after 1 month.

    • Not valid for the following drinks at Woobbee: Ice Blended, Fruit Juice. 
    • Not valid at the following LiHO Tea outlets: Yew Tee Point, Paya Lebar MRT, Jubilee Square, Burlington Square, Sembawang Shopping Centre, Tampines MRT, The Cathay, Haji Lane and United Square
    • Not valid at the following Gong Cha outlets: Takashimaya, NUS, SMU, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Changi General Hospital, Mapletree Business City and SUTD
  • A maximum of 1 voucher can be used per transaction.
  • Each voucher must be fully utilised in a single transaction and any unconsumed value will be forfeited and is not refundable.
  • Each voucher must be applied and presented to the cashier before payment is made. 
  • Not valid to use in conjunction with other Grab or merchant promotions or offers.
  • Valid for in-store payments paid with your GrabPay Wallet only. 
  • Vouchers are not valid for GrabFood orders.
  • All vouchers are valid only during the period of your billing cycle, no extensions are permitted. 
  • The subscription will automatically be renewed after 1 month.
  • Vouchers cannot be modified or resold or redeemed for cash. 
  • Terms can be updated at any time without prior notice.

 

 

  • Plans can be purchased with GrabPay Credits only. Reward points will not be granted.
  • Plans are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • Your plan will be automatically renewed at the end of your billing cycle (unless it is cancelled). Charges will be deducted from your GrabPay Credits Balance on the next billing date. As no notifications will be given pre-renewal, you are strongly advised to monitor your next billing date.
  • You may cancel your plan any time before your next billing date. Cancellations will take effect on the next billing cycle.  You may continue using the vouchers that you have paid for, until the date of expiry, even after cancelling your plan.
  • If you do not have enough GrabPay Credits balance, your plan will not be automatically renewed. A reminder will be sent to you 2 days before your next billing date. Your plan will be placed “On Hold” for 48 hours, during which you may top up your GrabPay Credits balance to keep your plan. After this 48 hour period, our system will try to renew your plan once again. If that fails, your plan will expire and you will need to re-subscribe to the plan. Re-subscription will be subject to availability.
  • Plans have limited availability. Once they are fully subscribed, they will no longer be available in the Grab app.
  • Grab reserves the right to make changes to your plan at any time. Users will be notified at least 2 billing cycles in advance through email and in-app notifications.
  • Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without giving any prior notice to the participants.
  • Grab also reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the promotion.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
