Proof of Publication needs to be accomplished and secured 1 month prior the Notice of Hearing Date. LTFRB declines the application if the Proof of Publication is the same date/ time as the Hearing Date.

 

To get Proof of Publication:

1. Operator needs to have the Notice of Hearing from LTFRB on-hand when requesting for Proof of Publication.
2. Go to Peoples Balita or Daily Tribute publication at the 1st or 3rd floor of PRIMA Building, East Ave near LTFRB.
3. Proof of Publication will cost Php 250.
4. Proof of Publication has no expiration but needs to be secured 1 month prior the Hearing Date.
