Confirm Your Identity

As a mobile wallet licensed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, GrabPay is required to verify the identity of all our users.

To get started, please have one of these IDs handy: Passport, TIN ID, NBI Clearance, UMID, Driver’s License, SSS ID, Voter’s ID, Postal ID

Activate GrabPay Now!

  1. Tap on 'Payment' on the bottom navigation bar or on your GrabPay balance on the upper left side of your screen

  2. Tap on ‘Activate your GrabPay Wallet’

  3. Enter your legal name as shown on your ID, nationality, date of birth, and country of birth

  4. Select your ID type and enter your ID number

  5. Enter your current home address

  6. You've unlocked your Basic GrabPay Wallet!
