The parcels will be delivered within 4 hours, which means it’s the perfect option if you have customers who desire a more affordable delivery service and don’t exactly need their orders within 1 hour.
For Bulk orders
GrabExpress Sedan
GrabExpress Sedan can accommodate bigger packages and is likewise exclusive to Madiskarteng Boss Club members.
This is the ideal choice for when you’re delivering a package or an item that fits in a sedan, be it a bouquet of flowers, a guitar, or a box of books.
With this service, you won’t have to go through the fear of your items getting damaged—or the hassle of having to wait days for the fulfillment to be completed, like you would if you were to choose a traditional courier service.
GrabExpress MPV
Need an even bigger vehicle for your delivery? GrabExpress MPV is the answer!
Our driver-partners use multi-purpose vehicles, vans, and sports utility vehicles for this service, which means they can accommodate everything from medium-sized home appliances and furniture to bulk deliveries of everyday items. Like our Sedan service, GrabExpress MPV is only available to Madiskarteng Boss Club members.
How to Use GrabExpress COD

Choose “Cash on delivery” as add-on

Indicate the amount that will be collected from the recipient by the driver

Click “Add Delivery Details”

Fill-out the delivery details

Indicate option for Delivery Guarantee and total weight of the item

Check if all details are already correct

Select payment method and promo code to be used, then click “Book a Delivery” to confirm

Processing screen will appear

App will continue to allocate the booking to a driver
How to Use The Delivery Form

Tap on the Delivery Form option on the Grab app.

Fill out the initial details of your customer.

Share the delivery form link to your customer through SMS or through a third-party messaging app. Including a customized message is optional. Let the recipient do the rest! They can check if their name and contact number are correct, and they can also pin the delivery to the right location.

A notification will be sent to your app once they’re done filling out the form.

Review the details of the form that your customer sent. You may use this delivery form again for future deliveries.
How to Pin Your Store Location on
the Grab App

Go to this page to initiate the request to pin your store’s location.

Choose “Yes” to consent to the collection of your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012

Input all the necessary information, including your name, your mobile number, and your email address.

Choose the option that indicates you're an online seller who wants to add your business on the grab app.

Submit the form.
-
Wait for 5 business days for the Grab team to check your submission.

Your app will show your store’s pin when your request is successful.
