150 ACED-BagoSphere BPO Fellowship Program Scholarships

In collaboration with other funders, GrabScholar is delighted to offer the ACED-BBF program scholarship, designed to uplift underprivileged communities. Partnering with BagoSphere, this joint scholarship provides an accelerated pathway to full-time employment, advancing our shared mission of creating better opportunities for those in need.


The ACED-BagoSphere BPO Fellowship (BBF) Program from the Ateneo Center for Educational Development (ACED) and BagoSphere is a 1-month intensive online training with live coaching to help jobseekers prepare for BPO recruitment interviews and provides immediate job placement support to boost their chances of employment in the BPO industry.

Program Qualifications and Criteria

  • Ang applicant ay Filipino Citizen
  • Ang applicant ay at least edad 18 years old
  • Ang applicant ay at least high school graduate (kung lumang curriculum) o Senior high school graduate (kung K-12 curriculum), technical vocation graduate, o college graduate
  • Ang applicant ay may 100% commitment na kumpletuhin ang 1-month fellowship program
  • Ang applicant ay available kaagad na mag-apply at magtrabaho sa BPO pagkatapos ng 1-month BPO program
  • Ang applicant ay pumasa sa BagoSphere BPO Fellowship selection process
  • Ang applicant ay sumali na sa Jobseekers Learning Hub (PH) Facebook group
  • Ang applicant ay mayroong laptop o smartphone, stable WiFi connection, at kaaya-ayang lugar para mag-focus sa pag-aaral

ACED-BBF Batch 38

  • Application period: October 21 to November 8, 2024
  • 1-month intensive training: November 11 to December 6, 2024
  • Job Placement Support: December 9, 2024 to January 17, 2025

Program timelines for ACED-BBF Batches 39 to 43 will be announced by January 2025.

  • No, the fellowship is only open to jobseekers who are interested in building a BPO career that are not in school and unemployed.
  • Successful applicants will be notified through email and SMS. A list of successful applicants will be posted at the end of each batch’s application period on the GrabScholar page.
  • We accept applicants from those locations because they are where BagoSphere’s partner BPOs are located.
