Advisory: Deactivation of Coins.PH Account

Ka-Grab, naka-Coins.PH ka pa ba?

 

ADVISORY: Kung ikaw ay peer o driver at ang iyong Grab Driver Account ay naka-Coins.PH, alalahanin na ito ay magiging deactivated na bilang bahagi ng paglipat ng buong Grab platform sa GCash. 

Para ma-proseso ang iyong GCash transfer, sundin ang sumusunod:

1. Peer must visit Grab District Centre (GDC) at Greenfield, Mandaluyong City on or before scheduled migration date. See details:

  • Address: Greenfield District Pavillion, Sto. Cristo Street, Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City.
  • Opening Hours: Saturdays to Thursdays, 9AM-6PM

NOTE: Para malaman ang iyong scheduled migration date, tingnan ang detalye ng SMS galing sa Grab. 

2. Dalhin ang sumusunod na requirements:

  • Two (2) Valid Government IDs of the account holder
  • Coins.PH App
  • If Peer is not available to go, an authorized representative can do the process on their behalf. Authorized representative must bring the ff, together with the items above:
    • Authorization letter with original signature of the Peer
    • Photocopy of the Peer’s valid ID with three (3) original specimen signatures
    • Two (2) Valid Government IDs of authorized representative

3. Automatically issued ang iyong GCash account pagkatapos ng processing.

4. Asahan na ma-activate ang iyong GCash account sa loob ng 48 hours pagkatapos mapalitan ang MPIN.

5. After activation, payments mare-remit ang payments sa driver. Kasama ng payments ang sumusunod:

  • Lahat ng cashouts mula sa driver’s wallet na maaaring na-withhold pagkatapos ng account migration
  • PHP 500 bonus (subject to 2% WHT)
