Cash Less, Get More – Spin to Win

1. Promo period is from May 1 to May 31, 2023
2. Promo is valid to existing Grab users on the Grab app.
3. Only users who have a cashless transaction within 7 days can access the Spin to Win page.
4. Cashless transactions are transactions using all modes of payment other than cash
5. Promo can be availed by interacting with the Spin To Win product
6. Users can only spin once a day
7. Valid in Grab cities nationwide
8. Grab app must be updated to the latest version to avail of the promo.
9. Winner shall be notified via registered mail and email and SMS will be posted at Grab’s official Facebook page.
10. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by Grab Philippines, Inc.
11. To claim the prize, winners must present a government-issued ID.
12. If claiming through an authorized representative, please send an authorization letter via email and a government-issued ID of the authorized representative. Both the government-issued ID and authorization letter should be presented when claiming the prize.
13. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Grab Philippines, Inc. with prior approval of DTI.
14. All employees of GrabExpress, Inc., affiliated ad agencies, merchants, etc., and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
15. Should there be any disputes, Grab’s decision shall prevail with concurrence of DTI
16. Grab reserves the right and has authority to disqualify fraudulent transactions or promo abuse, with concurrence of DTI.
17. This terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of the Philippines.
