  • What kind of GrabExpress services are there?

  • Where do you deliver?

    Our pick-up and destination delivery areas are available islandwide, except a few restricted areas.

  • What are your operating hours?

    Daily operating hours differ for various GrabExpress services.

    Bike: 7 am to 11 pm 
    Car: 8 am to 10 pm
    Large: 8 am to 9 pm
    4 Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (deliveries may be made up to 10 pm)

  • Can I make more than one GrabExpress booking?

    Yes, you can schedule up to 10 concurrent GrabExpress bookings. Tap Book Another Delivery to schedule another GrabExpress delivery.

    Additionally, you can also book one transport service and make GrabFood order(s) while you have ongoing GrabExpress deliveries.

    To view all of your concurrent bookings, tap Activity on the bottom navigation bar.

  • What items can I send with GrabExpress?

    Items that can be delivered

    • Parcels (packed items in boxes or bags)
    • Documents (excluding valuable documents e.g. passports, or other official identification)
    • Clothing
    • Food* (Bike and Car only)
    • Flowers or Cakes* (Car only)

    Items that cannot be delivered

    • Fragile items that require special handling
    • Raw meat, raw seafood, frozen food, and dairy products
    • Hazardous, explosive, flammable, and unsafe items (including power banks)
    • Valuable items and documents (e.g. cash, passport, or other official identification documents)
    • Credit or debit cards
    • Illegal items and substances (e.g. pornographic magazines and imitation weapons)
    • Live animals and plants
    • Any unpacked or loose items that can easily be damaged in transit
    • Items that cannot be reproduced (e.g. photos, film)
    • Items of an aggregate value exceeding S$500
    • Counterfeit goods
    • Bullion, currency in any denomination, tax stamps or stickers, bearer forms or negotiable instruments, precious metals or stones
    • Letters weighing 500 g and below

    *Grab shall not be responsible for providing services protecting food from the heat or cold. The risks of damaging food shall be borne solely by customers.

  • Can I cancel my GrabExpress delivery?

    You can cancel your booking any time before the delivery-partner picks up your item. Simply tap on your booking and select Cancel.

    If your delivery-partner asked you to cancel the booking, you are under no obligation to do so. The delivery-partners agree to honour accepted bookings and are encouraged not to cancel except in an emergency.

  • How long does express delivery take in Singapore?

  • How do I track my GrabExpress delivery?

    To track your GrabExpress delivery in Singapore, follow these general steps:

     

    Open the Grab App: Ensure that you have the latest version of the Grab app installed on your mobile device.
    Log In: Log in to your Grab account. If you don't have an account, you'll need to sign up.
    Select "Express": Tap on the "Express" or "GrabExpress" option within the app. This is typically found in the menu or home screen, depending on the app version.
    Place a Delivery Order: If you haven't already placed a delivery order, follow the prompts to enter the necessary details, including pickup and drop-off locations.
    Track Your Delivery: Once your GrabExpress delivery is confirmed, you should be able to track it in real-time. Look for a tracking feature within the app that shows the location of the delivery driver and the estimated time of arrival.
    Receive Notifications: Grab may also send you notifications or updates about the delivery status, including when the driver is on the way and when the delivery is completed.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job.
