Can I subscribe to multiple plans?
Yes, you can, but they cannot be in the same category.
Subscription Plans are available for the following categories:
- Grab Rides (GrabCar and GrabBike)
- GrabExpress
- GrabFood
- All-Access (for all-rounded users)
If you would like to try a different plan in the same category, you can change plans inside your plan details page. Your new plan will take effect at next billing cycle.
Will I earn GrabRewards points when I pay for my plan?
No, you will not receive GrabRewards points from paying for your Subscription Plan.
Can I upgrade / downgrade from my current plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade between plans within your plan category. Simply go into your plan details page and tap Change Plan. Select and confirm the plan you would like to upgrade or downgrade to.
Please note that your new plan will only take effect at your next billing cycle.
