- How soon can I reapply if my application for a loan was unsuccessful?

- How do I make my repayments?
It’s super simple. VietinBank automatically freezes daily repayment and will be debited via your VietinBank account on each month. Thus, there's no need for manual repayment on VietinBank iPay.
- When does the first daily deduction occur?
The first deduction begins on the 10th of month after funds have been disbursed into your linked bank account. However, if the 10th of month belongs to the day-off according to the government's law such as weekend, festival/new year, etc… The first reduction date is the next working day.
*Notice about the first deduction?
- If the disbursed day includes within 7 days from the monthly deduction, your first deduction is next month. For example, if your loan is disbursed on 6th Oct 2022, your first deduction will be on 10th Nov 2022.
- If the disbursed date DOES NOT include within 7 days from the monthly deduction, your first deduction month is your disbursed loan month. For example, if your loan is disbursed on 6th Oct 2022, your first deduction will be on 10th Oct 2022.
- Do I need change my account on GrabMerchant to VietinBank account in order to get cash loan?
Yes you do. Your bank account on GrabMerchant must be a VietinBank account, which is registered under the cash loan contract. Then, during the loan tenor, you aren't allowed to change the account number. It means that your income from Grab will go to the VietinBank account.
If your current bank account on GrabMerchant is not from VietinBank, you need a request to change payment information, please read more instructions below.

Notice: If your VietinBank account has frozen (due to no activity within 12 months), you need to make a transaction to re-activate the account while doing loan procedures.
