Suitable if you have ready-to-eat food and beverages. For other items such as packaged drinks, alcoholic beverages and raw or dry ingredients, please select GrabMart instead.

Colour copy of business registration license if your business is Sole Proprietorship/Company - Store setup
- A Store cover photo (9:5 aspect ratios)
- A Store avatar photo (1:1 aspect ratios)
- Menu item photos (1:1 aspect ratio)
- Authorized representative/Owner

- Step 2: Sign up GrabMerchant account
- Step 3: Submit you application

Is there a fee to activate a store on GrabFood?
Yes, Grab only charges a New Merchant Package fee of 1.2 million VND for each new GrabFood Merchant registration in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Merchants will pay the New Merchant Package fee by transferring the amount to the account below (or another account designated and notified by Grab from time to time)

How do I receive payments from Grab?
The payment will be transferred to the Partner's bank account within 3 working days. Partners can reconcile revenue from the reports via email and the Grab Merchant App.
