How GrabUnlimited Plan Works
After subscribing to a GrabUnlimited plan, benefit vouchers (“benefits”) would be credited into the subscriber account.
- GrabFood voucher will be auto-applied to all eligible orders and displayed in the “Basket” screen.
- GrabBike/GrabCar and GrabMart vouchers will be displayed in the “My Rewards” page on the Grab app.
The GrabUnlimited plan will be automatically renewed for consecutive cycles if the subscription fee for the next cycle is charged successfully at the end of your selected plan duration. Deductions for renewal will be made from your primary payment method as priority, and from other available payment methods linked on Grab app if your primary payment method is unavailable or invalid. The subscriber can cancel the plan anytime.
Free trial for GrabUnlimited subscription
- Free trials are only available for first-time GrabUnlimited subscribers.
- The free trial begins at the moment of subscription and is valid for 2 months.
- The free trial gives you full access to benefits of the GrabUnlimited subscription, and you can cancel at any time.
- If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, your selected subscription will automatically begin and the applicable subscription fee will be charged or deducted from your available payment method in app at the end of the free trial period.
GrabUnlimited Subscription Benefits Terms and Conditions
- GrabUnlimited subscription provides the subscription vouchers benefits monthly, which are valid for 1 month from date of issue.
- Benefits are valid for the duration of the cycle you subscribed for.
- Benefits are applicable in Vietnam nationwide.
- Benefits under the GrabUnlimited plan are for one-time use/redemption only, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No limit redemption per day for all benefits in the package.

- Flat fare excludes surcharge. In case of any surcharges, please pay directly to the driver-partner.
- Extra benefit – GrabMart vouchers:
- VND10,000 off for GrabMart order with minimum basket size of VND200,000
- GrabMart voucher is applicable at GrabMart merchants where the voucher display, and can be stackable with other available vouchers/promotions.
Purchase of GrabUnlimited Subscription Plan
- GrabUnlimited subscription plan durations are one (01) month, six (06) months or twelve (12) months long. Grab may choose which subscription plan durations are available to you.
- GrabUnlimited subscription plans shall only be purchased through cashless payments methods on Grab App, on a first come first serve basis.
- GrabUnlimited subscriptions are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Each subscription plan cycle is the corresponding number of months for the chosen plan in duration, from the date of purchase.
- Reward points will not be awarded for the purchase of a GrabUnlimited subscription plan.
GrabUnlimited Subscription Plan Renewal
GrabUnlimited subscription shall automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle unless it is canceled.
The subscription fee will be automatically deducted from your available cashless payment method upon renewal, in which:
+ From your primary payment method
+ From your another payment method (e-wallet / bank card) if your primary payment method (e-wallet or a bank card) is unavailable for the renewal of the plan. If you have multiple linked cards / wallets, the amount will be deducted in the last used card as priority and random cards/ wallets.
+ If (i) your primary payment method is unavailable and (ii) you do not have another linked available card / wallet, the automatic renewal of your plan will fail. Our system will then attempt to renew your plan, 48 hours after the 1st attempt (“the Interim Period”). During the Interim Period, you may wish to top up your primary payment method to allow for the successful renewal of your plan.
If payment for the subscription renewal fails, your current subscription will expire and you will need to resubscribe to the plan.
If you wish to change the subscription plan duration, you will have to access Subscription > GrabUnlimited > Manage and choose new period for the new plan.
If your subscription plan is canceled before the end of the current cycle, the subscription fee is non-refundable and you will still have access to the benefits for the remainder of the original subscription duration, your new subscription plan will only begin upon the expiry of the earlier subscription plan.
If you would like to change the primary payment method for the subscription, ie. from ZaloPay e-wallet on Grab App to bank card or vice versa, you will need to cancel your existing subscription and resubscribe.
Please note that resubscription will be subject to availability of the subscription.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel, your subscription won’t renew and you’ll still have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your subscription period.

General Policy
Grab reserves the right to make changes to your plan at any time.
GrabUnlimited subscription offers savings, based on the average user’s reasonable usage of the Grab app. GrabUnlimited benefits should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes and not be abused or misused. Grab may terminate your subscription and access to benefits if Grab reasonably determines in its sole discretion that there has been abuse or misuse of GrabUnlimited benefits.
Grab reserves the right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the entire terms and conditions of the subscription plans and benefits at any time without any prior notice.
In the event of cancellation by you, there shall be no refund of the subscription plan prices paid. In the event of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the subscription plan, Grab’s decision shall be final and binding.
Grab also reserves the right to cancel, reject any users from subscribing for GrabUnlimited, including users who are using modified devices or have unauthorised or modified apps installed in their devices.
The subscription plans are only available on the latest version of the Grab app.

Don’t worry, you can cancel your GrabUnlimited subscription plan at any time. Go to Account > Subscription > GrabUnlimited > View Details > Cancel Plan.
If you accidentally cancelled your subscription plan, fret not! You can resubscribe any time BEFORE the next billing date.
Simply go to the cancelled GrabUnlimited plan and tap on ‘Resubscribe’ to activate your subscription.
The trial price will be applied for first time subscribers only. If cancelled, trial price will be disabled & upon re-subcribe your subscription will be charged with the full price of VND25,000.
You may continue using the vouchers that you have paid for, until the date of expiry, even after cancelling your plan.
New price VND25,000/ month is applied for all Grab users who subscribe or renew GrabUnlimited subscription plan from 11AM Aug 7th, 2024.
You don’t need to do any extra step to apply new price. For GrabUnlimited subscribers, after current cycle ends (1 month, 6 months or 12 months), new prices will be applied when renewal for next cycle (VND25,000đ/ tháng, VND132,000đ/ 6 tháng hoặc VND216,000đ/ 12 tháng)
Yes, new price will be applied for you when you renew in the next cycle. New price VND216,000/ 12 months will be deducted from your primary payment methods at the end of current cycle.
