What is GrabFood?
GrabFood is a service that connects local food businesses to people. Grab has always brought people to things that matter to them, and we are now committed to bringing things that matter closer to people. When you place an order with GrabFood, we receive it, send it off to the restaurant and assign a GrabFood delivery partner to pick up the order to bring it to you.
What are your hours?
The available time of GrabFood depends on the availability of restaurants to your delivery address as well as its operating hours.. If a particular restaurant is not available for delivery, you’ll see them listed as “Closed” or “Unavailable”.
What restaurants near me deliver through GrabFood?
To see which restaurants are available for delivery, just enter your address in GrabFood. To keep your food fresh and ensure speedy deliveries, we limit the available restaurants to those within a given distance from your location.
How does Cash on Delivery work?
Simply tap on “Payment method” on the checkout page, tap on “Cash”, and complete your order as usual! We know you’re hungry, so do remember to prepare sufficient cash for your order, to avoid any delays. Do note that while all delivery-partners carry change, do drop them a message via GrabChat if you’re planning to use larger notes, so they can ensure that they have enough change.
Can I pay with GrabPay?
We are still working on enabling GrabPay payments for GrabFood in the future, stay tuned!
How much does it cost to order from GrabFood?
Your order’s total cost includes the price of the menu items plus a delivery fee. The delivery fees help us pay our delivery-partners and provide the best service possible.
What types of food can I order?
GrabFood presents a variety of food based on what is available around you, Vietnamese, Western, Asian, European, Fusion and so on. We will continue to bring on more variety of food as we expand.
What restaurants are available in my area?
The listed restaurants are listed based on the estimated time and distance of delivery to your place.
Why can I not find a restaurant in my area?
GrabFood is now operating in certain areas in Vietnam. If you do not see restaurants around you, fret not; we will soon expand our service to other areas.
How do I know where my food is?
You can see where your driver is from the Grab app. If the driver’s position map does not change, you can directly call the driver’s phone number listed on the application.
What are your delivery fees?
