I – Terms of Service for Family Account Administrator
- You accept responsibility for you and your members’ activities on your Family Account.
- All members added to your Family Account may request transport rides only.
- You agree to pay for rides/services made by or provided to any and all member(s) of your Family Account. Where applicable, payments will be made from any sources of funds made available to the Family Account by Grab (“Shared Payment”).
- By adding members, you represent and warrant that members are 20 years old or above. If you become aware that a member is under 20 years old, you hereby give your consent as their guardian and take responsibility for their use of the app.
- For the purpose of the usage of and adding members to the Family Account, you represent and warrant that you have received consent or authority to share members’ personal information with Grab.
- Grab’s Terms of Service and Privacy Notice applies to these Family Account Terms of Service and you understand that any breach of these terms by you or any member of your Family Account may result in termination or suspension of the Family Account and/or your individual accounts.
- In the event you and your members use the services in another jurisdiction, you acknowledge and agree that your acceptance of the Grab’s Terms of Service and Privacy Notice will also be considered as an acceptance of the terms and conditions and privacy notice that are relevant in that specific jurisdiction where you and your members use the services.
- You may revoke members’ access by removing them.
- All members of your Family Account will be able to see each other’s profiles.
- The Family Account offers an “Emergency Help” feature. In the event your Family Account member activates the “Emergency Help” feature, the relevant vehicle’s details (including the last known location of the vehicle, the vehicle registration number, the vehicle brand and model, and the colour of the vehicle) will be shared with you.
II – Terms of Service for Family Account Members
- You accept responsibility for your activity while part of the Family Account.
- As a member of the Family Account, you may request transport rides only. For such transport rides, the Shared Payment method by the Family Account admin will be the default payment method.
- By joining the Family Account, you acknowledge that you are of legal age. If you are a minor, you represent and warrant that you have received your guardian/parent’s consent (if required by applicable laws) to use the app and participate in the Family Account.
- Grab’s Terms of Service and Grab’s Privacy Notice apply to these Family Account Terms of Service and you understand that any breach of these terms by you may result in termination or suspension of the Family Account and/or your individual account.
- All members of the Family Account will be able to see each other’s profiles.
- The Family Account offers an “Emergency Help” feature. III – Member’s Privacy Acknowledgement
By joining, you accept Family Account Terms of Service and agree that Grab can share your transaction, location, and trip information tagged to the Family Account with the admin.
IV – Partner’s Privacy Acknowledgement
You acknowledge and agree that both the Family Account Admin and Member will have access to your profile (Name, Photo, Car Plate Number, In-app chat messages and Live Location) to facilitate the fulfilment of Family Account Solutions.
