2. Driver-partners do not have to pay cash to the store. You can manage orders quickly, as the system will transfer money directly to the store account.
3. You can check daily sales through the Merchant App. You can check the details of sales up to 30 days in the past, and you will receive a summary of sales reports via email the next day.
4. The system will help you manage daily expenses. The system will keep collecting orders from the customer and pay directly to the merchant within 1 - 2 business days after deducting the service fee.

An electronic contract (E-Contract) is the commercial terms and conditions between Grab and a merchant-partner. Merchants shall sign and attach supporting documents to the electronic contract sent via email. (without having to print out the contract to sign) and then receive the original contract document via email upon successful signing.

E-Contract documents never expire, but E-Contract documents received via email, merchants shall sign as soon as possible because our customers are waiting for your order!

If you registered via Website, you will receive a confirmation email within 3 - 5 working days. If the document's verification is unsuccessful, you’ll receive an email notification. Please check your documents again and reply to the email, we will contact you again in 3 - 5 working days.

If you registered via Grab Merchant App, you will receive a confirmation in the App within 3 - 5 working days. If the document's verification is unsuccessful, you’ll receive a notification in the App. Please check your documents again and re-submit the form in the App. We will contact you again in 3 - 5 working days.

1. Unclear ID Card photo (Unable to read important information or details on the card)
2. Store address detail is missing e.g. address number or nearby landmarks (If there is no address number)
3. Phone number and email of the store already exists in the system
4. The bank account picture is incorrect and unclear
5. The bank account name does not match the name of the applicant's ID card

You can receive orders on the GrabMerchant App. Do download the GrabMerchant App after receiving an onboarding email.

Easily manage your Grab store system yourself through the app. Whether opening/closing the store, adding/editing food menus, creating promotions or advertisements, etc.

1. Register to be a GrabFood/GrabMart merchant-partner via this website.
2. You will receive an email with a registration form within 5 minutes.
3. Under ”Adding additional branches with same ownership”, fill in the information required.
4. After we’ve checked your information, you will receive an e-contract to sign within 3 - 5 day via email.
5. After signing the e-contract, you will receive an email on how to use the GrabMerchant App within 3 - 5 working days.

• An authorised person must be the same person who signed the main contract.
• After the process is completed, an email will be sent out.
• Please verify information before submitting documents for faster processing. We will not be able to proceed with your application if the information given is incorrect.
