Partner with Grab

Merchant agrees and acknowledges that Grab shall be entitled to not enter into the agreement with any merchant as Grab deems appropriate.

By proceeding, I agreed and consent Grab to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal data, on behalf of the applicant company, for processing application for signup and for administering of accounts, and in accordance with the Grab’s Privacy Notice which I have read and understand.

By clicking SUBMIT button, the merchant hereby accepts and agrees to General Terms and Conditions of GrabFood Merchant Contract. If the merchant breaches any terms and conditions, including any commercial addendum, the merchant agrees and consents that Grab shall be entitled to take any actions as Grab deems appropriate, including, without limitation, suspending the merchant from using Grab system.

Merchant agrees and acknowledges that Grab shall be entitled to refrain from entering into, amend and/or terminate the agreement with any merchant which Grab considers that such merchant has its meals or goods selling in accordance to the merchant category less than 80% of its total products on the Grab platform.
In regards, Grab may request merchant to amend the information of the food or goods selling to be in accodance with type of the merchant. Grab also reserves the rights to perform any actions that Grab solely deemed fit to make any correction to catagory of the merchant, which may affect the service fee (GP).
