You can pay with cash, your credit card, debit card, or GrabPay. Just choose your preferred method when booking your ride.
Tap “Message” in the app and click “Chat” to organise your ride with your driver. Your chat history will be deleted upon completion of your ride.
No, your driver will only be able to see your name, profile photo, and booking details. If you need to communicate, you can do this through the app.
The pick-up location will be automatically filled in for you depending on your GPS. If you would like to specify a pick-up point, tap on the pick-up address and enter your exact address.
For drop-off location, simply tap on the 'I'm going to' bar and input the location you would like to head to. Do double-check to make sure the location is correct.
