Identity Card owner must ensure :

• The time limit shall not exceed 15 years from the date of issue

• Intact ID card (do not cut corners)

• The image on ID card is not blurred

If you attach a copy of your Thai national ID card, please redact the religion and/or blood type
information (if any). If you do not redact such information, the company reserves the right to do so
instead.

Driving license owner must ensure :

• Has to be temporary driving license more than 1 year or permanent driving license
• Matching information with driver’s ID card
• The license is still in use up to the present time
• The image on Driving license is not blurred

Business vehicle registration must ensure :

• The name in vehicle registration must be the same with ID card
• The image on Business vehicle registration is not blurred

Business vehicle act (circle sign) must ensure :

• The circle sign is still in use up to the present time
• The circle sign is not blurred

Banking Account must ensure

• The owner of bank should be same person

• The bank account should be only Kasikorn or Krungsri Bank

• The information is not blurred
