Terms and conditions of KTCFOOD for KTC Credit Cards

  1. Receive THB 60 discount (delivery fee excluded) with minimum spend of THB 300 on GrabFood service.
  2. Consumers must fill KTCFOOD in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using KTC Credit Cards before placing the food order.
  3. The promotion code is valid from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 or until redemptions last.
  4. Limited to 2 redemptions per consumer per month.
  5. Limited to 1,666 redemptions per month and 20,000 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
  6. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
  7. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
  8. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions except delivery fee discount from GrabUnlimited and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
  9. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride
