Terms and conditions of KBANKFOOD for KBank Credit and Debit Cards

  1. Receive THB 60 discount (delivery fee excluded) with minimum spend of THB 400 on GrabFood service.
  2. Consumers must fill KBANKFOOD in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using KBank Credit or Debit cards before placing the food order.
  3. The promotion code is valid from 1 July 2024 to 30 September 2024 or until redemptions last.
  4. Limited to 2 redemptions per consumer per month
  5. Limited to 6,875 redemptions per month
  6. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
  7. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
  8. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions except auto-applied discount from merchants and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
  9. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the consumer receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride.
  10. Grab and card issuer reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab and card issuer’s decision shall be deemed final.

  1. Receive THB 30 off with no minimum spend on Transport service.
  2. Consumers must fill KBANKRIDE in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using KBank Credit or Debit cards before booking Transport service.
  3. The promotion code is valid from 1 July 2024 to 30 September 2024 or until redemptions last.
  4. Limited to 2 redemptions per consumer per month
  5. Limited to 4,583 redemptions per month
  6. The promotion is applicable for JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCar Premium, GrabSUV and GrabVan in all available cities in Thailand
  7. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
  8. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the user agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride.
  9. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.
  10. Grab and bank reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab and bank’s decision shall be deemed final.
