Terms and conditions of Transport – Happy Every Ride Challenge

  • Users must click to accept the Challenge before participation otherwise the system will not accumulate the Grab Transport Ride for the Challenge. Each Challenge cannot be shared and is specially designed for each user who may receive different Challenges and limited to the user who has access to the Challenge only via Grab app.
  • Challenge period is from 22 Oct 2022 00.01 AM to 15 Nov 2022  11.59 PM or until redemptions last, whichever is earlier.
  • The Challenge accumulates only rides from JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCar Premium, and GrabSUV completed within the Challenge period only.
  • Any ride which is not in accordance with these conditions or in accordance with these conditions but has been canceled or uncompleted will not contribute towards this Challenge.
  • This Challenge cannot be replayed once it is completed or the period has ended.
  • Users who complete the 2nd ride under the challenge will receive x1 transport vouchers of 10% discount – maximum discount at 40 Baht, applicable for next JustGrab or GrabCar ride. Rewards are limited to 20,000 redemptions.
  • Users who complete the 4th ride under the challenge will receive x1 transport vouchers of 15% discount – maximum discount at 40 Baht, applicable for next JustGrab or GrabCar ride. Rewards are limited to 8,000 redemptions.
  • Users who complete the 6th ride under the challenge will receive discount vouchers from partners – maximum discount at 400 Baht. Rewards are limited to 7,000 redemptions, consisting of:
    • 2,000 Hotels discounts from Agoda: 1 x 400 Baht e-voucher, min spend 4,000 Baht.
    • 2,000 Beauty product discounts from Sephora: 1 x 150 Baht e-voucher, min spend 1,500  Baht. Voucher can be redeemed only at the eligible Sephora stores.
    • 2,000 Experiences discounts from Klook: 1 x 100 Baht e-voucher with min spend 1,000 Baht for first time Klook users via app only.
    • 1,000 Spa Massages discounts from GoWabi: 1 x 10% off discount e-voucher, min spend 750 Baht, max discount 200 Baht.

The discounts under this clause is  limited to 1 redemption per 1 user.

  • Users who complete the 10th ride under the challenge will receive a discount voucher from Pomelo: 1 x 20% off discount e-voucher, min spend 2,500 Baht with maximum discount at 500 Baht. Rewards are limited to 1,500 redemptions
  • The discounts for this challenge are limited. The first come, first serve shall apply to the eligible users.
  • The discount reward will be sent into ‘My Rewards’ automatically after satisfying each discount condition hereunder.
  • Each reward is subject to its applicable terms and conditions. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each reward.
  • Users must comply with the relevant terms and conditions.
  • All rewards must be claimed/redeemed within the stipulated deadline. Upon the stipulated deadline, rewards cannot be claimed.  Grab shall not be obliged to make any compensation or payment for such reward.
  • All rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
  • All rewards could not be transferred or assigned to other persons.
  • Grab reserves its right to not award rewards to eligible users in the event that Grab determines that there may be fraud in theChallenge or does not meet the objectives of this Challenge.
  • Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to adjust terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the user and the user agrees to be bound by those changes and Grab reserves the right to make final decisions in any matters relating to this Campaign.
  • In case of any dispute, Grab’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.
