Terms and conditions 

  • The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, “Disney”) are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this reward redemption campaign (referred to as the “Campaign”) and/or the delivery of the Premium, and exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from the Campaign and/or the Premium.
  • The Campaign period is 15 December 2022 to 31 January 2023 (“Campaign Period”).
  • Grab Happiness Package (“Package”) is applicable for GrabFood, GrabMart, Grab Transport and GrabExpress in the cities in Thailand which Grab service operates.
  • The Premium is a Disney Tsum Tsum blanket cushion (“Premium”)
  • This campaign is available for the purchase of Package transactions that take place in Thailand only.    
  • Package is only applicable to the purchase that is made via GrabPay using a credit/debit card or GrabPay Wallet and ineligible for other payment methods.
  • Package is only available for GrabUnlimited users and ineligible for non-GrabUnlimited users. For more information about GrabUnlimited, visit GrabUnlimited information page.
  • Package is only available under GrabUnlimited subscription for the cycle of 3 months and the vouchers included in the package are as follows:
    • 4 vouchers of GrabFood 15% discount – maximum discount at ฿60 for minimum spending at ฿250
    • 1 voucher of GrabMart 15% discount – maximum discount at ฿100 for minimum spending at ฿500
    • 4 vouchers of Grab Transport 15% discount – maximum discount at ฿65 
    • 1 voucher of GrabExpress 15%  discount – maximum discount at ฿100
  • Once the Package is fully availed, they will no longer be available in the Grab app.
  • Package is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • Reward points shall not be awarded for the purchase of a Package.
  • The vouchers cannot be used with toll fee or any other fee (if any).
  • The vouchers from Grab Transport Package cannot not be used with other promotions or vouchers and are ineligible for GrabBike (Win) and GrabTaxi.
  • Only one voucher may be applied to a transaction.
  • When the purchase of Package is completed, the user will receive a push and inbox notification which relocates to the confirmation form for the Premium.
  • Users are required to complete the confirmation form and select the design of the Premium. If the user did not complete the confirmation form within a given timeline, such action shall be deemed that the user waived its right to receive the Premium and Grab shall not process the order of the Premium to such user.  
  • In the confirmation form, the user has to fill in the name, delivery address and phone number which have been registered with Grab for the purposes of account verification, and the user’s delivery information for delivery of the Premium.
  • Premiums are limited to 3,000 pieces and subject to availability in stock during the time of selection.
  • Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the Premium for another prize of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the Premium, illegality or non-feasibility.
  • Unless otherwise provided, all Premiums are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind, Premium will be given out while stocks last.
  • Limit one (1) Premium per (1) one user.
  • Premium will be delivered by Grab or Grab’s service provider. The delivery rounds are on 15-28 February, 2023 and 1-15 March, 2023 or any other period as Grab deemed appropriate.
  • User agrees that the user is in compliance with Grab’s terms of service applicable for the Grab service provided, as stipulated in https://www.grab.com/th/en/terms-policies. Each voucher is governed by its applicable terms of use.
  • Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the user and the user agrees to be bound by those changes and Grab reserves the right to make final decisions in any matters relating to this Campaign.
  • By taking part in this Campaign, the user hereby warrants and undertakes that the user has read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Further, the user hereby acknowledges and agrees that Grab may collect, use, disclose or otherwise process  personal data, provided by you to Grab, as set out above and in accordance with Grab’s Privacy Notice. 
  • The user also acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by these terms and conditions and decisions of Grab without limitation or qualification. User further agrees that all decisions from Grab shall be final and conclusive.
  • Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the consumers or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this activity.
  • These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. And any disputes related will be under the jurisdiction of the non-exclusive case of the Thai court.
