Terms and Conditions
- Code DREAM is valid from 24 May – 18 July 2021 or until redemption lasts
- Code DREAM can be used 6 times per a Grab user
- Code DREAM is applicable for every mechant on GrabMart
- Code DREAM is applicable for only 1 redemption of Disney’s Princess premium
- User will get 100 THB discount with the minimum 600 THB order and earn the right to receive 1 Disney’s Princess premium per a redemption
- Code DREAM redemption is limited per day
- Code DREAM cannot be used if the order minimum is adjusted to be lower than the code’s minimum conditions e.g. the goods is out of stock at the store and the order has to be adjusted and the order possible to be lower than the required minimum spend for code using conditions
- When the order is completed, user will receive a push and inbox notification which relocates to the confirmation form
- In the form, user is required to fill in name, delivery address and phone number registered with Grab for the purposes of account verification and delivery and select Disney’s Princess premium design in the form.
- User must fill in the form 1 time per 1 DREAM code usage. Otherwise, user may get different premium design
- User must fill in form every time after using code DREAM. For example, if a user uses code DREAM 6 times, a user must fill in the form 6 times.
- Disney’s Princess premiums will be delivered by Grab or Grab’s service provider. The delivery rounds are on 1st June, 8th June, 15th June, 22nd June, 29th June, 6th July, 13th July and 20 July 2021.
- Grab reserves the right of using code DREAM and earning Disney’s Princess premium for transaction that takes place in Thailand only.
- User agrees that the user is in compliance with Grab’s terms of service applicable for the Grab service provided, as stipulated in the Grab app. Each reward is governed by its applicable terms of use.
- Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this contest at any time without giving any prior notice to the user and the user agrees to be bound by those changes.
- Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Challenge shall be final and conclusive. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by user or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Challenge.
- By taking part in this Campaign, users have indicated that the user read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Further, user acknowledges that user has read and understood the foregoing and consent to the use of user’s personal data as set out above and in accordance with Grab’s Privacy Policy. The user also acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions below and decisions of Grab without limitation or qualification. User further agrees that all decisions from Grab shall be final and conclusive.
- Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the prize for another prize of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility.
Unless otherwise provided, all prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
