Terms and Conditions of 10X Super Value Package for Citi Grab Credit Cardholders.

  1. 10X Super Value Package for Citi Grab Credit Cardholders. (“Package”) is available for sale and applicable for GrabFood in the cities in Thailand which Grab operates.
  2. The Campaign period is 15 May 2023 – 15 June 2023
  3. Package price is 60 Baht and must be purchased with a Citi Grab Credit Card and ineligible for other payment methods.
  4. Package is only available for GrabUnlimited users and ineligible for non-GrabUnlimited users. For more information about GrabUnlimited, visit GrabUnlimited information page.
  5. Limit package purchase 1 time per campaign period. Once the Package is sold out, they will no longer be available in the Grab app.
  6. Package is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  7. GrabRewards points shall not be awarded for the purchase of a Package.
  8. When the purchase of Package is completed, the user will may find discount coupons on “My Rewards”. Three sets of coupons comprising 4 coupons each will be issued automatically within 48 hours after: the purchase date, 1 month after purchase date, and 2 months after purchase date. and each coupon is valid for 30 days after issuance. 
  9. The vouchers included in the package are: The [10X Super Value Package for Citi Grab Credit Cardholders] 12 vouchers of B50 GrabFood discount with a minimum spend of B200; consumers must select the discount coupon and choose GrabPay as a payment method using a Citi Grab Credit Card before placing the food order. Only one voucher may be applied to a transaction.

  10. Grab reserves the right to make changes to your package at any time. Consumers will be notified in advance via email and/or in-app notifications.

  11. Grab reserves the right to withdraw, amend and/ or alter any part or the entire terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without any prior notice.

Grab also reserves the right to disqualify any participant(s) and/or reject any participant(s) for the promotion, including users who are using modified devices or have unauthorized or modified apps installed in their devices, as such tools may have the potential to modify Grab’s intended user experience and compromise privacy and account security of users.
