The fare for JustGrab (Top-Rated Drivers) is the same as JustGrab, similarly, the price for GrabCar (Top-Rated Drivers) is the same as GrabCar.
It will take between 1 hour to 24 hours for the Top-Rated Drivers ride option to be visible in your app after you have purchased your GrabUnlimited subscription. If you do not see the ride option in 24 hours, please contact Grab support.
Please note that JustGrab (Top-Rated Drivers) or GrabCar (Top-Rated Drivers) are not available for rides to or from KLIA or klia2 at the moment.
Top- rated drivers are our most experienced drivers who maintain a high driver rating for their past 100 rides.
Only drivers who meet the criteria can operate this service therefore you will only be allocated a Top-Rated Driver.

Payment as per the billing cycle selected by the user at the time of purchase will be collected upfront.
For example, if the user decides to purchase a GrabUnlimited annual plan for RM47.90/12 months on 1st July 2023, we will charge users RM47.90 on 1st July 2023. The subsequent payment of RM47.90 will only be charged to the user at the next renewal date which is 1st July 2024.
Payment is collected upfront and only once, after the free trial ends.
For example, if the user decides to purchase a GrabUnlimited annual plan for RM47.90/12 months on 1st July 2023 and he/she is eligible for 2 months of free trial.
We will charge users RM47.90 ONLY on 1st September 2023. The subsequent renewal will happen on 1st September 2024 where the user will be charged RM47.90 again.
Users are given vouchers every month irrespective of the billing cycle they signed up for.
You may cancel your GrabUnlimited plan and still receive rewards until the end of the billing cycle. However, there will be no refunds given.
The existing GrabUnlimited subscriber has to cancel his/her plan or wait until his/her billing cycle ends, then he/she will be able to subscribe to a longer or different term plan if he/she wish to.
