You can cancel for free up to 1 hour before your pick-up time or within 1 hour if there is no available driver-partner.
If you cancel within 60 minutes of your ride, when you have already been assigned to a driver-partner, you'll be charged the full fare for the trip. This is to compensate the Grab driver-partner whom might be on the way to you.
If you need to make adjustments to your Advance Booking such as the date, time, ride type, or location, please cancel your booking and create a new one.
You will receive timely updates about the status of your driver when they are on their way to you. In case there's any delay and your driver arrives later than your scheduled pick up time you will receive a voucher for your next ride.
