We provide cash loan offerings for our driver-partners across all our markets to give them better access to credit in case of emergency situations or when they have larger-ticket expenses to bear. This provides them with an alternative so that they don't have to resort to borrowing from unlicensed moneylenders.

To ensure partners don't incur more debt than their expected income, we adhere to stringent eligibility criteria and strict caps on the amount they are able to borrow. These are specially tailored to each individual based on multiple considerations, such as their past earnings and driving history.
