How to open your Mystery Reward​:

  1. Step 1: Complete any  online or in-store transaction with GrabPay credits

  2. Step 2: Upon successful transaction, you will automatically receive a push notification “You’ve earned a Mystery Reward”

  3. Step 3: Click on the push notification to open your Mystery Reward

If you choose to open it later, follow the steps below:

  1. Step 1: Go to “Account” on your Grab app homepage & click on “Rewards”

  2. Step 2: Under “Win Mystery Rewards” section, click on “Open Now”

  3. Step 3: Voila! Your Mystery Reward will then be opened automatically

  1. Pay with Grab Mystery Rewards (“the Campaign”) is organised by GrabPay Malaysia (“the Organiser”) and is open to all Grab users.

  2. By entering the Campaign, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions of entry and you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions and decisions of the judges and Organiser without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions of the Organiser shall be final and conclusive.

  3. Users will win variable number of GrabRewards points (“Mystery Rewards”) whenever they make an online or in-store transaction with GrabPay credits with no minimum spend required.

  4. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time, without giving prior notice or compensation in cash or in kind.

  5. Users will win a Mystery Reward whenever they make any of the following GrabPay transactions:
    Online transaction (GrabPay credits)
    In-store transaction (GrabPay credits)

  6. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify users from the Campaign if they engage in fraudulent or unfair practices to maximise their chances of winning. Any fraudulent activities may result in a prize forfeiture.

  7. Mystery Rewards must be claimed within the stipulated deadline of 30 days upon issuance,failing which it may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at Grab’s discretion).

  8. Mystery Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.

  9. Available only on the latest Grab app in App Store and Google Play

 Upon making a point-earning transaction with your GrabPay Wallet, the expiry date of your GrabRewards will be extended till the last day of the 3rd month:

Making multiple transactions in the same month does not impact your points expiry date.

i.e. Adam makes a transaction on 10 Jan, his points expiry date is 30 April — three months from the month of his last transaction.

Adam then makes a transaction on 28 Feb, his points expiry period is shifted by one month to 31 May.

GrabPay Wallet is more rewarding

Your GrabRewards earnings will be based on your GrabUnlimited subscription status for transactions on Grab services, PayLater for online & in-store transaction, or at your nearest Jaya Grocer. However, effective 10 July, for every GrabPay transaction online and in-store, you will NOW receive a Mystery Reward instead of a fixed earning of 1.5x for GrabUnlimited subscribers and 0.75x for non-GrabUnlimited subscribers. Open it and stand a chance to earn up to 10,000 GrabRewards. 
No, as a GrabUnlimited member, there are no exclusive discount rates on the “Save Using Points feature” Effective today, every RM1 is only 150pts when you use Save Using Points to pay for any Grab services. (previously RM1 = 160pts) Find out more here

Yes – Upon subscription, you will still be able to access the GrabRewards catalogue for an entire calendar month from the day you subscribe/renew your subscription. Scenario: Amir subscribes on the 25 June, Amir will be able to access the GrabRewards catalogue until 24 of July even if he unsubscribes between: 25 June – 24 July.
Yes, your GrabRewards membership tier movement or progression remains unchanged and will be based on points accumulated from any Grab transactions made via the GrabPay Wallet. You’re automatically included as a GrabRewards member when you make one GrabPay transaction. There are 4 GrabRewards membership tiers (Member, Silver, Gold and Platinum). Tiers are dependent on the number of GrabRewards you have accumulated. Depending on your tier status, you will be entitled to a host of exclusive benefits. Your benefits may include discounts, priority services, and partner exclusives.
Unfortunately, your GrabRewards membership is non-transferrable.
Only Grab transactions paid via GrabPay Wallet will extend the validity of GrabRewards Points. For avoidance of doubt, other transactions that do not extend the validity period are: Transactions paid via cash & cards, Peer-to-peer GrabPay credits transfer, GrabPay Wallet top-up, Grab Subscription purchase or renewal and GrabRewards redemption.
Yes, they will be contributed to your tier progression once you have opened the Mystery Reward.
No, the points expiry still remains the same as before. (Upon making a point-earning transaction with your GrabPay Wallet, the expiry date of your GrabRewards will be extended till the last day of the 3rd month)
However, points expiry will only be extended AFTER you open your Mystery Reward. If Mystery Reward is not opened, the points expiry will not be extended.
