Terms and Conditions – Grab’s The Pyramid Challenge 

  1. Each Challenge cannot be shared to any third party or published on any platform.
  2. Each Challenge is specially designed for every individual user and each user may receive different Challenges, limited and subject to users who has access to the Challenge on their app. Grab reserves the right to limit accessibility of participants to the Challenge in their app.
  3. Challenge is only valid from 1 November 2019 to 30 November 2019.
  4. Challenge is only valid when you are in Malaysia. Any GrabPay in-store transactions made outside Malaysia will not contribute towards or considered for this Challenge.
  5. A minimum of 3 GrabPay in-store transactions with a minimum total cumulative spend of RM150 during the campaign period is required to complete the Challenge.
  6. Only in-store payments at GrabPay Merchants within Sunway Pyramid will count towards progression of the Challenge.
  7. Successful completion of the GrabPay in-store transactions will entitle you an entry to win one prize from the Grab Challenge.
  8. Successful completion of GrabPay in-store transactions will entitle you to participate in ‘Scan-Pay-Earn, Go Cashless’ e-wallet campaign organised by Sunway Pyramid. Details of the campaign can be found here (https://sunwaypals.com.my/promotions/scan-pay-earn).
  9. This Challenge cannot be replayed once it is completed, or the period has ended.
  10. The rewards will be issued to Grab users who successfully complete the Challenge.
  11. Grab users who have completed the Challenge will be awarded the reward within 3 working days.
  12. Rewards issued will be valid for use from the date of issue to 31 December 2019. No extensions of reward validity will be entertained.
  13. The reward will be issued after Grab has conducted relevant examinations, which include fraudulent checks on the participants.
  14. You agree that you are in compliance with Grab’s terms of service applicable for the Grab service provided, as stipulated in the Grab app and/or Grab website. Each reward is governed by its applicable terms of use. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions in each reward for such applicable terms.
  15. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this contest at any time without giving any prior notice to you and you agree to be bound by those changes.
  16. Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Challenge shall be final and conclusive. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Challenge.
  17. Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the prize for another prize of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility.
  18. In claiming the prize, Grab may request for such identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the prize winner, to ensure compliance to its terms of service, to prevent gaming and fraud.
  19. All prizes must be claimed or redeemed prior to the stipulated deadline. Any prizes not claimed by the deadline may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at Grab’s discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.
  20. Unless otherwise provided, all prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
  21. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.

Terms and Conditions – ‘Scan-Pay-Earn, Go Cashless’ at Sunway Pyramid

  1. This campaign is from 22 October to 31 December 2019.
  2. Applicable for GrabPay retail transactions at Sunway Pyramid Mall only.
  3. Members MUST use the GrabPay Wallet to be qualified to collect 10x Pals Points.
  4. GrabPay’s receipt’s transaction ID(s) must be presented during the Pals Points collection to be entitled for 10x Pals Points.
  5. Each receipt is only entitled ONE (1) redemption within the same day.
  6. Total Pals Points earning are capped at 16,800,000 Pals Points within the campaign period.
  7. Each member’s Pals Points earn are capped at 1,500 Pals Points per day.
  8. Conditions for Grand Prize Winner:
    (i) A lucky winner may be chosen if there is more than one top spender.
    (ii) All decisions are made final once announced. No enquiries will be entertained once announcement has been made.
  9. To earn the 10x Pals Points, members need to provide the following for verification:
    (i) Pals’ Member ID (through mobile application or Pals Card).
    (ii) GrabPay e-Wallet’s receipt transaction ID.
  10. To earn the grand prize, members will need to provide the following for verification:
    (i) NRIC to claim prize / Passport ID.

  11. The 10x Pals Points collection is at The World of Sunway in Sunway Pyramid Mall (G1.96).
  12.  Only Sunway Pals Memberships which are valid and active are eligible to collect 10x Pals Points.
  13. A valid registered email and contact number must be available in your Sunway Pals account to be eligible for the abovementioned. If you do not have an email or contact number registered, log in to your Sunway Pals Account and update your information accordingly.
  14. For non-Sunway Pals members, you are required to sign up for membership via Sunway Pals mobile app, Sunway Pals website at https://sunwaypals.com.my, or register at The World of Sunway counter.
  15. Pals Points will be credited into your given Sunway Pals account within 14 days upon your points collection.
