How to Pay in Grab App

From rides to food delivery, paying with your GrabPay Wallet earns you more GrabRewards points than cash. It’s the best way to pay on Grab because it earns you the most GrabRewards points and offers you the widest range of Grab services.

How to pay for rides

  1. Tap on ‘Car’

  2. Select your pick up / drop off points

  3. Select GrabPay balance as your payment method

  4. Tap on ‘Book’ and you’re set!

How to pay for GrabFood orders

  1. Tap on ‘Food’

  2. Enter your delivery address

  3. Select your restaurant

  4. Add items to your basket

  5. Review your basket and tap on payment method

  6. Select GrabPay balance as your payment method

  7. Tap on 'Place Order' to complete your checkout

How to pay for GrabExpress deliveries

  1. Tap on ‘Delivery’

  2. Enter your pick-up and drop-off addresses

  3. Fill in recipient's details

  3. Select a top up amount and tap on 'Next'

How to Make Online Payments

GrabPay is now accepted at some of your favourite e-commerce sites such as PrestoMall, MBO Cinemas and more. Look out for these GrabPay payment buttons the next time you check out with your online haul.

Pay with GrabPay on Websites

Earn GrabRewards points for each dollar spent when you pay with GrabPay from participating online merchants’ websites.

  1. Tap on 'Go to Checkout'

  2. Fill in your personal details and tap on 'Continue'

  3. Choose 'Online Banking' as your payment method and tap on 'Review Order'

  4. Tap on 'Order Now'

  5. You will be directed to a payment page. Tap on 'Choose your preferred bank' and choose 'GrabPay' from the list.

  6. Tap on 'Proceed'

  7. You will be directed to Grab's payment page. Enter your mobile phone number and tick the checkbox. Tap 'Next'

  8. Enter the 6 digit code sent to your mobile number

  9. Tap on 'Confirm Payment with GrabPay'

How to Make In-Store Payments

From your favourite bubble tea chains to your go-to clothing brand, GrabPay is available in-store at many of the places you already shop at.

Pay with GrabPay via QR Sticker

No cash? No problem. GrabPay is now accepted at thousands of merchants that used to only take cash.

  1. Tap on 'Pay' on the top left corner

  2. Scan the merchant's QR Code

  3. Key-in the amount to be paid to the merchant

  4. Swipe to pay

  5. Your payment is complete!

Pay with GrabPay via Point-of-Sale Terminal

For some merchants like TGV Cinemas, you can make payments by scanning a QR code that is flashed on the merchants’ Point-of-Sale Terminals.

  1. Tap on ‘Pay’ on the top left corner

  2. Scan the QR Code presented to you by the merchant

  3. The amount payable to the merchant will appear on your screen. Swipe to Pay

  4. Your transaction is complete!

Pay with GrabPay using your own QR Code

You can also make payments at some merchants by having your unique QR code scanned.

  1. Tap on ‘Pay’ on the top left corner

  2. Swipe up to display your QR and barcode

  3. Allow merchant to scan your QR or barcode

1. Campaign period is from 15 January 2022 (12:00am) – 28 February 2022 (11.59pm).
2. GrabPay users are eligible for a “RM8 rebate” in your “My Rewards” when you spend a minimum of RM88 on a single receipt via GrabPay Wallet.
3. The offer of “RM8 rebate” is limited to a total of 62,500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
4. Offer is valid for TWO (2) in-store redemptions with a cap of ONE(1) redemption per user per day throughout the campaign. Shared across AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness throughout the campaign period. 
5. The “RM8 rebate” will be awarded instantly with a minimum transaction of RM88 with GrabPay at all outlets of AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness; The rebate can be found under “My Rewards”. Rebate must be redeemed by clicking “use now” under “My Rewards” 30 days from the date of issuance.
6. The campaign will cease once all redemptions have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
7. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only.
8. Grab and AEON Group shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.
