Eligibility

  1. This campaign is organised by Carlsberg Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (“Carlsberg”) and hosted by MyTeksi Sdn. Bhd. (“Grab”) (“Campaign”), open to all non-Muslim Grab App users who are aged 21 years above and residing in Malaysia. (“Participants”), subject to the following Grab terms and conditions and Carlsberg terms and conditions
  2. This Campaign is valid for purchases made at (i) Jaya Grocer Official Store and (ii) Hanks Official Store (“Official Stores”) listed in GrabMart within Malaysia only. Any Grab transaction made outside of Malaysia will not contribute towards this Campaign. 

Campaign period

  1. Campaign period will run from 1st October 2024, 12.00am to 30th November 2024, 11.59pm – Malaysian Time GMT+8 (“Campaign Period”).
  2. Campaign will end when the Campaign Period lapses.
  3. Any transaction made after the Campaign Period shall no longer be taken into account for the campaign spend. 

Campaign rules/participation

  1. Participants are required to purchase any Participating Products from the Official Stores  within the Campaign Period. 
  2. The Carlsberg participating product for this Campaign is  (“Participating Products”): Connor’s Stout Porter
  3. Prizes: the top 2 Participants who achieve the highest campaign spend (“Winners”) on the Participating Products via the Official Stores will be eligible to win a set of ‘Insta360 X4 Bundle Set (worth RM 3000 each set)’ delivered by Carlsberg. The Order value that will be considered towards the Participant’s campaign spend shall exclude delivery fees,  application of GrabRewards Points, GrabPromos and any other applicable fees.
  4. Only ‘successful’ or ‘completed’ orders on Grab App shall be qualified as entry(ies). Orders or parts thereof which have been canceled or refunded will not be considered as qualified entry(ies).
  5. Winners will be notified via push notification on Grab App and direct email from Grab customer service within 20 working days from the end of Campaign Period. In addition, Carlsberg will contact the Winners to request for Prize delivery details. 
  6. For the avoidance of doubt, Grab shall not be responsible for any losses, damages or delays caused to the Prize fulfillment process. Winners are required to contact Carlsberg directly if any issues related to warranty, redemption, or other concerns regarding the Prize. Grab is not obligated to intervene or involve in any disputes between Carlsberg and Winners with respect to the Prize in whatsoever manner. 

General Terms & Conditions 

  • By participating in this Campaign, Participants acknowledged, understood and consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
  • Participants agreed that they are in compliance with Grab’s Terms of Service applicable for the Grab service provided, as stipulated in the Grab App.
  • Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, vary and/or alter any part of the terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Participants, and Participants agree to be bound by those changes.
  • Grab reserves the rights, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participants’ participation in the Campaign without cause and without notice, in particular if: –

(a) Participant is not an eligible or qualified Participant;

(b) Participant fails to fulfill all or any of the Terms & Conditions stipulated herein;

(c) Participant has engaged in a conduct that Grab considers inappropriate or unacceptable;

(d) Participant has breach any Terms & Conditions or other rules and regulations of the Campaign or violates any applicable laws or regulations; and

(e) any other reasons Grab deems fit at Grab’s sole discretion. 

  • Participants agreed that the terms and conditions herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other languages’ version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.
  • Participants agreed and consent that Grab shall have the exclusive rights to use, modify, publish or display materials information submitted by Participants, including but not limited to, the names, identification numbers, mobile numbers, number of total entries, photographs, town or region of the Participants in any way it deems fit for marketing, advertising, publicity purposes and for any other reason whatsoever without any further notice to the Participants (if any) and the Participants shall not claim ownership or any payments or compensation on the materials.
  • Grab’s decisions on all matters relating to the Participants shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.
  • Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the Participants or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, expectation loss, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-party, or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
  • The terms and conditions of any rewards awarded in the form of a package/ticket/voucher shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the package/ticket/voucher. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and those of the package/ticket/voucher, the terms and conditions of the package/ticket/voucher shall prevail (if any). 
  • All Prizes and rewards must be claimed/redeemed within the stipulated deadline (if applicable). Any Prizes and reward not claimed by the deadline may be forfeited, or disposed, or donated, at Grab’s discretion, and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained. 
  • By participating in the Campaign, Participants consent to Grab’s collection, use, disclosure and otherwise processing of Partners personal data to facilitate the conduct of the Campaign (including notifying the winners, announcing the winners on Grab’s online platforms, delivery/collection of rewards) and for advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other related purposes without compensation, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Grab’s Privacy Notice (https://www.grab.com/my/terms-policies/privacy-notice/).
  • Participants warrant and represents that (a) Participants’ entry does not at any time infringe or violate any laws or any third party’s rights, including but not limited to privacy rights, intellectual property rights, copyright, moral rights, trademarks or business name; (b) Participants’ entry is original and have never been displayed or published in any media form, including but not limited to the internet, radio, video, television broadcast and have never been used or submitted in connection with any contest held anywhere in the world.
  • Participants acknowledged, understood and agreed that they are required to adhere to community standards and maintain respectful behaviour when participating in this Campaign , including but not limited to refraining from sharing inappropriate, obscene, offensive, violent, false, harmful or illegal content. Grab reserves the right to take any action, including legal action or content removal, in cases where Participants’ behaviour violates established community standards or poses a risk to Grab’s integrity.
  • Participants agree that Participants shall not question the decisions of Grab without limitations or qualification and in case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the Campaign, all decisions of Grab shall be final and conclusive.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.

1. Campaign period is from 15 January 2022 (12:00am) – 28 February 2022 (11.59pm).
2. GrabPay users are eligible for a “RM8 rebate” in your “My Rewards” when you spend a minimum of RM88 on a single receipt via GrabPay Wallet.
3. The offer of “RM8 rebate” is limited to a total of 62,500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
4. Offer is valid for TWO (2) in-store redemptions with a cap of ONE(1) redemption per user per day throughout the campaign. Shared across AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness throughout the campaign period. 
5. The “RM8 rebate” will be awarded instantly with a minimum transaction of RM88 with GrabPay at all outlets of AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness; The rebate can be found under “My Rewards”. Rebate must be redeemed by clicking “use now” under “My Rewards” 30 days from the date of issuance.
6. The campaign will cease once all redemptions have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
7. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only.
8. Grab and AEON Group shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.
9. Offer is only available for AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness physical stores purchases at cashier counter only via GrabPay Wallet; offer is not applicable for online or GrabMart purchases.
10. Offer is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.
11. Offer is not valid with any other voucher, discount or promotion.
12. Grab and AEON Group reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab and AEON Group shall be final.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
14. This rebate is non-transferable to any party.
