Kaodim connects you with trusted and experienced service providers for all your home needs.

It’s easy! Tap the “Clean & Fix” icon in the Grab app, choose the service you need and submit a service request.

Kaodim offers both fixed-rate (direct) and quotation (compare) services. For direct services, Kaodim will connect you with a verified and vetted the desired service provider in minutes. For compare services, a few service providers will reach out to you with quotations so that you can choose the one that suits your requirement.

Grabpay Credits is only applicable as a payment method for selected service providers. You will receive an email/SMS to make payment after the service provider has completed the service.

To make payment, navigate to the “Clean & Fix” service in your Grab app. Click ‘Proceed to Pay’ to make payment using GrabPay credits.

Yes, you may pay the service provider in cash if that’s your preferred payment method.

To change order details, please notify the service provider immediately, or cancel the order that is in progress and submit a new order.

To cancel your request, tap on “Request” and select the open request you wish to cancel and tap on “Cancel this job request” and select a reason for cancellation.

Please avoid last-minute cancellations as our service providers may have allocated their time for your job.
