Here's how to pay bills with GrabPay

Paying bills with GrabPay Wallet:

  1. Tap on "More" on your Grab homepage.

  2. Under the "Top Up" section, select "Bills".

  3. Select your biller.

  4. Enter account number and the total billing amount. Tap on "Confirm".

  5. Tap on "Pay" to complete payment.

  1. Offer is valid from 2 August 2021 (12.00am) – 31 August 2021 (11.59pm).
  2. Offer is applicable for all bills paid via GrabPay on the “Bills” service available on the Grab homepage only.
  3. In order to be eligible for the RM5 online voucher, users must spend a minimum of RM50 on a single bill payment within the promotion period.
  4. The RM5 online voucher reward will be credited to “My Rewards” within 7 working days and is valid for 14 days from date of issuance.
  5. The RM5 online voucher is only applicable for GrabPay transactions made at online merchants with GrabPay payment acceptance.
  6. Offer is limited to ONE (1) redemption per user throughout the campaign period.
  7. Offer is limited to a total of 2,100 redemptions throughout the promotion period.
  8. Grab shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.
  9. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only.
  10. Offer is not valid with any other discounts or promotions.
  11. The online voucher is not exchangeable, transferable or redeembale for cash or replacements.
  12. The campaign will cease once cap have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
  13. Grab reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and condition at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab shall be final.
  14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
