What to do in the event of an accident while you are on the job:
Go to the nearest hospital
Injured Grab partner or passengers are advised to go to the nearest healthcare centre.
Report the accident to Grab Support and the police
The Grab partner, passenger or witness is required to make a report to the authorities. You will be given detailed instructions from the Grab Support team on how to make a claim.
Collect documents and claim reports
Injured Grab partner(s) or passenger(s) need to provide the necessary documents to receive compensation. All claim reports must be submitted within the agreed period, no later than 30 days after the accident occurred.
Receive Compensation
Injured Grab partner(s) or passenger(s) will receive compensation after claim approval.
