Possess a vehicle that’s not older than 15 years.
E-Hailing PSV Licence (effective 12 Oct 2019)
Must own a smartphone
Car eligibility criteria here
Must perform medical check-up upon PSV licence application

What do I need to do?

Get a Puspakom car inspection done if your car is older than 3 years old. More details here
Receive your EVP (E-Hailing Vehicle Permit) which Grab will apply for on your behalf when you submit your car grant/VOC (Vehicle Ownership Certificate)
