Who can apply?

  • Malaysian ages between 21 and 69 years old.
  • Possess a vehicle that’s not older than 15 years.
  • E-Hailing PSV Licence (effective 12 Oct 2019)
  • Must own a smartphone
  • Car eligibility criteria here
  • Must perform medical check-up upon PSV licence application

What do I need to do?

  • Get a Puspakom car inspection done if your car is older than 3 years old. More details here
  • Receive your EVP (E-Hailing Vehicle Permit) which Grab will apply for on your behalf when you submit your car grant/VOC (Vehicle Ownership Certificate)
